Super Shots offers an incredible variety of in-studio backgrounds featuring Spokane’s only SCENE MACHINE. Utilizing great technology, the background is a real picture that goes in the camera to record a scene while we take your portrait. You choose all your own backgrounds such as unique architecture, beautiful interiors and windows, high-tech graphics, gorgeous sunsets, abstract designs, and numerous traditional backgrounds. You literally have hundreds to choose from!

If you like natural outdoor settings, the studio is located only a block from scenic Riverfront Park. There is a variety of trees, rock formations and waterways. Also, being downtown, the studio is surrounded by historical buildings and alleys.

Super Shots has a professional make'up artist on staff for complete make'up and hair services.

We also offer black & white photography sessions. This can be taken a step further with hand-coloring for artistic impact. Owners Fred and Jean Hilker have been in the professional photography business since 1980 when they opened their first studio. Fred received his photography degree in 1979 when he graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo, Iowa.

Super Shots Portrait Studio originated in Spokane and opened in 1987. It has been a fixture in the Downtown area ever since. For over 10 years, the studio was in the Old City Hall Building. Since 1998, they have been at their present location in the Skywalk level of the Washington Mutual Building.

Super Shots offers a wide variety of portrait services including: children, family, high school seniors, glamour, executives, pets, special events, photo restoration, and locations including home and office.
