Owners
Fred and Jean Hilker have been in the professional photography
business since 1980 when they opened their first studio.
Fred received his photography degree in 1979 when he
graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo,
Iowa.
Super Shots Portrait Studio originated in Spokane and
opened in 1987. It has been a fixture in the Downtown
area ever since. For over 10 years, the studio was in
the Old City Hall Building. Since 1998, they have been
at their present location in the Skywalk level of the
Chase Bank Building. |

Super
Shots offers a wide variety of portrait services including: children,
family, high school seniors, business professsionals, pets, special
events, photo restoration,passports, and locations including home
and office.
Super Shots offers an incredible variety of in-studio backgrounds
featuring Spokane’s only SCENE
MACHINE. The background is a scene captured on the digital file
when we take your portrait. You choose all your own backgrounds
such as unique architecture, beautiful interiors and windows, high-tech
graphics, gorgeous sunsets, abstract designs, and numerous traditional
backgrounds. You literally have hundreds to choose from!
If you like natural settings, the studio is located only a block
from scenic Riverfront Park, which provides a variety of trees,
flower gardens, rock formations, and water features (fountains,
the river, and waterfalls). Each season provides unique and colorful
options! Fred enjoys creating outdoor portraits all year round -
from Fall leaves and Winter snow to the Spring blooms and Summer
flowers.
